Return Policy

Overview
At Saikalyelectronics, we offer a return policy that lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer any exchanges. This period is extended to 15 days during the Christmas season.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Situations where returns are allowed:

• Any item that is originally defective and cannot be exchanged
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to a manufacturing error
• Any item returned before being received by delivery
• Any unique item that cannot be exchanged for the same or an alternative product

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift voucher along with the invoice number. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be issued for the same value as the gift.
